How big is the complete video file on your HDD?

Hey Jenny: Awesome job!

How big is the complete video file on your HDD?

I'm not sure. I put it on a DVD first and then uploaded it from my DVD folder.

Thanks, and thanks to all who enjoyed it. I think I might do last year's Wimbledon final next because I once did the last few games and the quality of tennis wasn't as high as I thought. So maybe I'll do the entire thing!

But the quality in this one was great!

BTW, the best thing about watching tennis this way is..... NO COMMENTATORS!

Also, I think it really magnifies if a match was really high quality or not.

P.S. I'd love to see an Ivo Karlovic match this way:D

Hey JennyS, do these clips include rallies that didn't count due to challenges/over-rules/lets? And does it include very short rallies played before a "fault" call was made (late calls)?

Just wondering...

You're an interesting kind of poster, for one part you're writing a lot of intersting stuff about equipment and for the other you just troll mindlessly as soon as a topic is about Nadal.

I'm not a fan of either Djokovic or Nadal, but that match was far from boring.

Fully agree with your comment on commentators. Most of the time they seem to think the watchers are blind and/or are completely obnoxious.

sure it was. You have an injured player on one end, and on the other end a guy who can't breathe. Clearly, they are not playing their best tennis.

In the end, Nadal won, and there weren't any talk about tired, injury or playing with pain.

Had he lost to Nole, *******s would infested this forum with all the excuses.

I searched your posts, and you said Nadal didn't have an injury in Madrid.

I can search more, but, I saw in your posts that you gave full credit to DelPotro and Djokovic for their slam wins (which even I wouldn't do), so you must be one of the most objective Fedfans, and I wish you all the best.

Yeah..I must've said that. But yeah I didnt think he was injured then or that his tendonitis was aggravated at that point,as in during Madrid.

You are saying that he didn't pick up an injury during the actual match?

OK, I agree about that. I never thought that Madrid match was where he got it.

But, isn't it interesting that the 2 players who were the best on clay until that Madrid match (Nadal and Djokovic), both underperformed badly at RG?

they got their arses handed to them. Big difference.

and BTW, Nadal got his arse stomped before RG, when Fed beat him in the finals.

Nadal is not invincible, and Djokovic had joke draws and struggled with a bunch of no name claycourt players in 2007 and 2008.

We realized long time ago that your favorites are long rallies on slow clay between Rafa and Nole.

Watching this makes me feel like Nadal really is done. Everyone kept saying this was such an amazing match but it looks like Nadal is playing the same way he was when he got destroyed by Soderling, Davydenko, Djokovic, etc later in the year. Though I remember the next match against Federer was the one where I first where I noticed Nadal perform poorly on big points, i.e. break point up or down. I still wonder what that's about. Interesting to see anyhow.

I think this was one of the greatest matches of the year, if not the greatest.
Not just because of the great tennis level, but also because Nadal and Djokovic fought like I've never seen them do it before. After the match was over even I was dead tired, only of watching.
You have to be absolutely crazy to say that Rafa didn't have any reason to be tired next day.

RelentlessAttack
12-06-2009, 11:09 AM
I think what's interesting is that Djokovic was very much in control of the points due to his aggressive play, despite this occurring on clay. What this tells me is that the dip in Nadal's play is not as great as I thought, just less confidence to hit winners from a defensive position and lack of clay to help him at a time when a few big hitters had figured out how to attack him very consistently. Also I don't think this is the best match of the year. It's not even the best Nadal match of the year, how about the Nadal-Verdasco AO semi?
