I'm looking for a good Cross string to use with my MSV Focus Hex Mains. I will most likely use a multi or syngut since natural is too expensive. I'm looking at either Wilson NXT Tour 16, X-1 or Prince Syn Gut. Which one of those will give the best playability and control with MSV. Also, if you use MSV recommend any good hybrid set-ups that have worked well for you

If you can afford it i'd go nxt. i switch back and forth between full poly and hybrid, but when i do hybrid my preference is NXT all the way

I heard the Technifibre X-One Biphase plays godly with the MSV, but I never tried it. You should go for it.

Besides gut, the best I've played with as a cross for MSV Hex is Babolat Xcel. Soft, tons of feel, and plays similar to gut in that hybrid. Only problem is that it loses tension within a few weeks and balls start flying out. But otherwise it's a good hybrid if you can afford it.

If you're a flat hitter I'd say go with x-1. IF you're a heavy spin player I'd suggest avoiding multi like the plague... Syngut with a good outer-wrap all the way. poly/multi feels so blah when you have higher bat-speed, I've cut out 2 frames of perfectly good MSV after an hour of hitting thanks to multi.
