What kind of string does Venus W use - saw her with a Tecnifibre plasticbag ?

Juat saw Venuw match against Dementiva and when she changed her racquet at the start of the third set, she clearly had her fresh strung racquet in a plasticbag with Tecnifibre written on it.

I wonder if she uses a multi or a Copoly og a hybrid. Her strings looks natural colored, and very few CoPolys (if any) are natural colored, so if anyone knows for certain what string she uses, chime in here and tell us all :D

She's used Wilson NGut for a long time. Team TF is probably the stringing service at the YEC.

Pretty sure she still uses Wilson (VS) gut as far as I know. She was when I was on court with her a couple of weeks ago so I doubt anything has changed. I'm sure TF is just the stringer for the event.

I would think a girl that hits it that hard would need some sort of CoPoly in the crosses or mains to tone down the power..........apparently not so ...

On a side note - what does Serena use, the same string setup ?

I like watching Venus play, but HATE WATCHING Serena and have always felt like that, don't know why......

Venus also strings reasonably high, if memory serves, taming some of the power of nat gut.
