Hi, I was wondering if someone can show me western, eastern, semi eastern/western and all the grips to hold a racket. I try to find on google but can't get a clear view of them.

By the way, no grip is ever exactly defined. I think Federer's grip could be an in-betweener of an Eastern Forehand and a Semi-Western Forehand.

^ The Tennis (mag) grip guide is good but it does not use the de facto standard for bevel designations. More common is to refer to the top side as bevel 1, the right side as bevel 3, bottom as bevel 5 and left side at bevel 7.

As an example, the continental grip would have the base index knuckle on bevel 2 (but what Tennis mag refers to as bevel 1).
