hey guys, quick question. recently ive been noticing my on my forehand that in many cases, when i don't play, it gets very erratic. I think it's due to the fact that i constantly change my forehand and followthrough in many differnet places. Aside from constant practice, is there any drills or hints I can learn so i can perfect my followthrough to attain that muscle memory? thanks!

Just think "follow through, follow through, follow through" on every single ball when you play or when you shadow swing.

Focus on contact, extension, then following through in the same place.
