Im by no means a big Roddick fan, so dont think im asking this question just so i can copy this. My friend told me that we should starrt wearing the ankle braces that Roddick uses so they will prevent injury in the future. We are both 16. Should i start wearing these even if im not having and pain or problems now. If so, what kind of brace does he wear and where can i get it.

I think you should try wearing a less restrictive brace. I wear the nike ones that they sell at TW and they provide plenty of support. You don't want your ankles to get weak and the Nike ones will prevent your ankles from rolling.

...and they are only $20 bucks

These things heavy? Wondering since you could train with these, then take them off for matches ;) Like ankle-weights, but less intrusive and not as heavy.

I have the ASO ankle braces in black. I love them. They are very light weight and unlike the old Mueller white lace up braces they fit well inside your shoes. In addition with the velco you can make them as tight or loose as you want.

I think it would be wise, lleyton hewitt has worn them from a young age... Mark Philippoussis has finally made the decision he's going to be wearing them too, after he rolled his ankle few weeks ago... bout' bloody time i say with his shonky legs! :)
