Hello Coach D. I see you have weightlifting for tennis and tennis training articles. With winter approaching, I need to find a good one. How effective are these routines and why should I pick these over other routines?

Hello Vyse,

You are certainly welcome to try some of our workouts, which include off-season training for tennis (found: here (http://www.xlathlete.com/view_workout_sheet.jsp?workout_sheet_id=681&browse_sport_id=38)). Basically, you sign up (which is free) and enter in your maxes for a list of training exercises. The program is then personalized for you.

For other ideas, there are a ton of drill ideas here: Tennis Drills (http://www.xlathlete.com/browse_admin.jsp?browse_kind=3&sport_id=38&group_id=0). Poke around and see what works for you.

I hope that helps,
Coach D
