like this girl! ;)

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Pw_ZR86hNQI&feature=dir

She did it all in about 33 minutes. You should be able to do this in 50 minutes.

CinCin and Topaz would be eating tennis racquets and nails for breakfast after about 3 months of this! ;)

Somewhat reminiscent of P90x and Turbulence Training. Great stuff for tennis, IMHO.

When did topaz become a stay at home mom? Did she have the worlds fastest pregnancy?

As for the video the woman's ripped abs make me happy but her fake boobies make me sad.

Didn't take me 550 "reps" when watching THAT!!!!

Any video of the squats from a different angle? Trying to observe correct technique. :)

I was just kidding our two ladies. I'm sure they both look better than that already.

Yes, her boob job is so stoopid. Just in your face. A bit tasteless. She looks like she could be a porn star or a stripper, as well as an exercise guru. The diamond in the navel is a nice touch if you are getting filmed with John Holmes.

Ha! Thanks but no thanks, Chess.

Let me know when you find the 'single, childless, full time teacher, part time pre-nursing student who already works out five days a week and has lost/kept off 70 pounds' workout though, ok? ;)

I would like to have her abs, though. Not so much the fake boobies.

Is there an 'internet tough guy' workout? LOL How about a 'I post about tennis but never get off of my couch' workout? The 'I know nothing about NTRP but correct others on it' workout? The 'I drink soda and beer daily, eat McDonalds and can't figure out why I have a spare tire' diet? The possibilities are endless!!!

Sheezh, Topaz, sounds like you have a life. ;) Stop that!

Anyway, you sound very ambitious, and nursing is a great career in this day and age with so many geezers out there too weak to turn the knob on their oxygen cylinders. ;) As I pass I'm hoping my last vision is of a young Rita Moreno nurse lovingly holding my hand for the crossing of the River Styx into Dante's 9th Ring. ;)

Sounds great on paper, but there are days I feel like I'm barely holding on! But I'm excited about a career change too! My mom's a nurse, so I'm hoping she will be my 'ace in the hole' when it comes to navigating nursing school and my first nursing job.

All the way to the 9th ring, hunh? ;)

Nursing school is 5 years still? So, you have some of it with your prior degree? You have how many years left?

I remember finally getting out of university after about a billion years and three degrees and feeling free. Then I went to work....;)

Im a big opponent of fake boobs. They look like you glued rocks to a girl. What ever happened to being happy with what you got. I have seen women who look sexy despite not packing bazookas.

Let me know when you find the 'single, childless, full time teacher, part time pre-nursing student who already works out five days a week and has lost/kept off 70 pounds' workout though, ok? ;)

Thats alot on someones plate. glad you didnt have that fast pregnancy like Robert hinted at though. That would just push you over the edge.

I like a girl with abs but one side of that is they are gonna be on the flatter side. Not many get one without the other. If you get the abs skip the boob job. Women can look great with small boobs as well.

Look at the posts around here. Thats why I stopped posting in the give me a program threads. There was a 0% chance they were getting used. Everyone wants to get ripped but no one wants to do the work.

It doesn't take much to put me over the edge these days, and a quite unexpected pregnancy would definitely do it!

Actually, I'm aiming for an accelerated AD program that is four consecutive semesters (ie summer, fall/winter, spring, summer) so just a bit over a year. The problem is that is takes longer to actually complete the prerequisites for nursing school than it is to be in nursing school! So, I'll be 'pre-nursing' for about a year and a half more, especially since I'm still working full time. My prior degrees (all 3 of them) will get some of my general coursework out of the way.

That's the plan so far, though!

Here is a better female to follow anyway. Strong as hell and pretty good looking as well. Plus I wanna say she used to be a nationally ranked player.

This is her training log. I dont know how good it is for tennis but she is freaking strong.
