softer polys
big ace
topspin cyber power(blue)
topspin concept pure
krishbaum proline II

also thinner gauges tend to be more powerful, and lowering tension helps

Powerful polys besides ALU:
Cyberflash
Kirschbaum ProLine II, Spiky Shark (well they're more for better spin)
Signum Pro Tornado
Or hybrid it with a powerful multi like NRG2 or X-1

I used to not think this but i was hitting with Pro Hurr tour the other day and it had some nice Pop,,, especially on Volleys. Balls were jumping off the stringbed..

Signum Pro Hyperion felt very lively for a poly when I tried it in a full bed. More so than Tornado, with which I wasn't reallt impressed with.

Big Ace and Kbaum PL2 both have excellent pop. Also cyber blue or whatever name they're calling it nowadays.

Try Babolat Revenge. I personally don't use poly but some of the guys at my school do. I know a guy who strings it at 60 lbs on a Yonex RDS 001 Mid (90 square inch head!) and still gets some good power. I'm sure at lower tensions you will find plenty of power.

one reason is probably beacuse your not hitting the sweet spot

try adding some lead tape on the 3 and 9 o' clock on the frame. i started out w/ 1inch of 1/4" lead tape, so a total of 4 x 1"inch 1/4. 2 on each side because the string divides the parts. and you will notice the difference.

Its your racquet thats underpowered. Try tension at 45 and 50 pounds.
