Its a fantastic book about how his dad raised him, his training at Bollatarri tennis academy, Brad Gilbert, Brooke Shields, Steffi Graff, and his tennis career including a stint with meth!
You could not make up all the all of the drama!

I read it. It was pretty good. In some ways I liked Pete's book better though. I think maybe because the attitude he displayed through his book as a player meshes more with mine.

That said, however, when one actually reads the Andre's book, the pre-released quotes really get toned down a lot and put into better perspective. One thing I think the book did very well is that Andre grows up in the book and he takes the reader along with him for that journey and you feel a bit of a part of that process.

i agree there are so many things i liked about this book. it makes me feel like agassi is a friend of mine. must read if love tennis.

i had the opposite problem. i saw it in barnes and noble, and told my girlfriend 'christmas?' she shook her head and said 'hell no, not more tennis st uff'
