I just remembered they were successful in Wimbledon, making it to the semifinal and they were even up 2 sets to 0 against the eventual champions.

Mardy is playing with Mark Knowles this year.

Yeah I heard something about that, so is he still going to do singles or what?

Mardy has the potential to have a lot of success in doubles. The fact that he has agreed to be partners with a total doubles specialist makes me think that he wants to give doubles his best shot. Mardy has a good serve and a good backhand but maybe isn't quite mobile enough to stay in the top 20 in singles. I believe he has top 5 potential in doubles.

I know Fish is good at doubles where the best weapons to have are the serve & volley, which fish has. He won Indian wells this year with Roddick. Blake is a decent player but i have never seen him play doubles.

Maybe he'll be like Mirnyi. Top 20 in singles, grand slam champion in doubles.

What side does Knowels play? Don't really follow doubles....and what sides did Fish and Blake play at Wimbledon? I'm guessing Mardy played ad side since he has a better bh?
