Wow, my gov school friends are RIDICULOUS!!!

This summer, I went to a summer program at Lehigh University. The program was pretty selective, and I made a lot of friends there. There were a total of 76 people, 13 internationals, and about 20 juniors. I logged onto facebook today, and found out:

4 peoples' early action/decision programs gave results today.
1 got accepted to Duke (although her twin brother probably also got in, but the brother doesn't have FB).
2 got into Cornell.

Only one person got deferred today. Penn's tomorrow, Cal tech's Saturday, and other schools come out soon.

lehigh is a pretty good college and considering that you said that its selective, im not that surprised. I know that 3 people in my school got into duke, 2 that are my friend. unfortunately 2 people also got deferred from cornell... but they werent as well qualified.

Wow, just found out that we're adding a Wharton kid as well as a Penn Liberal Arts kid to the mix.

I have 4 friends that got into top schools. 2 to Cornelll, 2 to Columbia, one to Stanford (Stanford was brutal!) All of them went to CTY lol.

Hopefully I get into Yale...3 more days.
