Wilson Tour 90

First the reason the Tour 90 is so stiff at 68 and pretty heavy is b/c this racket was made for Pete. Thats what the St.Vincent he had would come in at stock.People wanted a taste of what a pros racket would be so the tour 90 was for pete. Yes i know some may say it was from federers pro room mold but federer had different weight and balance and stiffness.
B/c the pro staff china federer used was different from the st.vincent.
If you look at an old nate ferguson chat he says that the st.vincet sticks are the harshest out of the 3 ps 85s.


The tour 90 has alot better feel than the ncode 90
Does anyone know if they are going to reintroduce the tour 90 again?
I heard this from a reliable tennis shop.
They said that its going to be either this summer or fall just for alittle bit b.c so many people have called asking for the tour 90

if your were blind tested you wouldnt tell a differernce. if you dont care about the extra money buy the ncode 90 b/c its so sweet looking, if you do care then buy the tour 90

The Tour 90 looks much better. I saw somewhere that it has double braided graphite like PS 6.0. May be this explains the feel. I think the n6.1 is a step down.

I don't know about you, but the Tour 90 and the nCode 90 are different enough that one could in fact distinguish the two racquets if they did a blind test. I suppose it depends on the person, but there is a difference.

on a site it says that the ps tour 90 weighs 12.7 thats a remarkable difference between the ncode tour 90

Later production of T90 weighs less at 12.5oz strung (approxi. 355g)

It will be great to reintroduce Tour 90 and I support it 120%. Recently I bought two new pairs of Tour90’s and they were the last ones in local Wilson distributor. I am just afraid that I can’t find new ones in the future, so ….
To me, Tour90 is much, much better frame than nCode90 so the Tour90 should be back in Wilson production line.
