I don't get it.

look, it's a 95sq in headsize but has the shape of the six-one tour.
16x18 string pattern and 330g.

and that's why some people (including me) would go crazy for it. :D

What makes this racquet so special?

because officially there is no ncode six one tour with these specs(headsize, weight, balance)

I don't know why it's so special. Anyone, well not anyone, but someone could've taken a ps original 95 and gotten an ncode paint job put on it. Big whoop.

Ok, man. So the one who has put the PJ on it modified also the mold of the racket? Am I right. And Rafa will also win the Australian Open this year, although he quit against Murray...
I hope you know how Wilson rackets (especially the shape of them) look like.

Balance 30.0cm ~ 4 Pts HL ? Should be more HL, no?

How is the mold different than the 6.0 95?

It even has the word "Original" written on it.

The mold looks like the mold of a PS 6.0 95. See the picture in the link below. Someone could have taken one of these and put a paintjob on it. I don't know what the big deal is.

Change the "X" to tennis

The "big deal" ist, that even it's PJ, never had these specs.
Have you ever heard about a six-one racket with 16 x 18 string pattern for example? :-| I think this counts for the weight of the racket too.

Yeah, I was playing yesterday. It feels unbelievable. Especially the Slice feels very great - I think it's because of the 16 x 18 string pattern.
Unfortunately the string broke after half a set. :( It was a Iso-speed sample, which will come out in the next few weeks.

To me that stick is a Pro Staff 6.0 95 with an nCode paint job. If it has 'Double Braid' written in it that means it will be a Hyper 6.0 95, which are a little more obscure. To be honest, the specs written inside the throat are irrelevant. Why do I say this? Well, I'll give an example. I have 2 Pro Staff classics with nCode paint jobs. My sticks are 18x20 patterns, yet the throat says 16x18 and the outside advertising says 16x18. The weight says 310g, when its unstrung weight is actually around 330gs. So basically, what is written on my sticks (which are tour stock) ends up having no relevance to what the stick is, because it is a paint job.

I think you have a great racquet there, the nCode pj is sweet looking, and its a good stick. If its a 4 3/8ths or 4 1/2, I take it off your or your friend's hands!

Enjoy playing with it.

to bring some light into all the darkness:)
there are 4 of those rackets, all with the same specs as written on the racket(has been measured and weighted)
all 4 are L3 gripsize

Not trying to be Debbie Downer, but if I saw this racquet on ****... wouldn't this racquet just be called a fake n95?

isnt that the prostaff 6.0 original 95?

Yes it is. Gilles Muller used it back in 2005.

So did Anna Chakvetadze back in 2004.

To the OP, The reason why your Pro Staff 6.0 95 is with N6-1 cosmetics is so light is because it allows room for customization to the desired spec of the player and to then match the racquets.

All the ProStaff 95s from the 6.0 95 Original up to the current BLX version have 16x18 versions.

The nSix-One 95 version has "six-one 95", not "six-one Tour" written on it.

Random Response to this thread - probably should start a new thread but I got my hands on Delpos BLX racquet prior to Wilsin Releasing the line (Not DELPOS Exact racquet just his new version)
Wilson Released the frame early to sellers with a 16 x 20 string pattern similar to the K Pro Tour...but Delpo wanted to have the stringbed 18 x 20 so when Wilson Officially released the BLX Pro Tour it comes with an 18 x 20 stringbed...

I must say that the 16 x 20 stringbed plays much better than the 18 x 20 on this frame - more spin friendly and easier to maneuver.

Too bad they didn't release it as originally planned?

Probably why not too many Pro Tours are being sold these days...

I am playing the Pro Tour BLX actually

Can you compare your Pro Tour BLX with the K Pro Tour? Have you played both rackets?
Are there any differences? Stiffness, Balance?

All the ProStaff 95s from the 6.0 95 Original up to the current BLX version have 16x18 versions.

The nSix-One 95 version has "six-one 95", not "six-one Tour" written on it.
But the PS 6.0 95 is a completely different racquet and has nothing to do with any of the Wilson 95s that came after it (except the HPS 6.0 95 Tour). All the other Wilson PS 95s (e.g., PS Tour 95, nCode 95, K95, BLX95, etc.) are based on the PS 6.1 Classic, not the PS 6.0 95, which has a box beam like the PS 6.0 85 and all the Tour 90s.
