Hey Everyone,
I'm new here and had a quick question.
Well, I have shoulder problems, where, if I extend it a certain way, it "feels" like it pops out (which hurts like a @#$@#$@#$) but I manage to pop it back in (although, it takes longer and longer each time). Well, last week, it popped back out again and I couldnt get back in so I had to go to the ER. They said I had a shoulder sprain, or a possible rotator cuff tear but they won't know until later. They said it should hopefulyl heal by itself, but if not, then surgery.
My question to you is, what's a GOOD shoulder brace that I could buy. Wether I get surgery or not, I want to invest in a good shoulder brace, something that'll suit tennis and basketball playability. Thanks in advance!

first, STOP PLAYING

go to a doctor, i fyou haven't been until now
what you have is SERIOUS

if you have been to a doctor (as you seem to be), have they ordered an MRI?
that would help a lot to clarify the confusion

read:

and as many threads on "shoulder" as you can.

Also, just curious, have you done any conditioning lately?

Also, but only after the doctor allows you, do the exercises here:

A shoulder brace might help or not.
Talk to your doctor or physio. They should be able to recommend you one.
