Gamma Tour Plus Gut

Has anyone tried this particular brand of gut and do you think it is just rebadged version of Babolat Tonic or VS?

I notice on their website stating it is made in France.

I seriously doubt it.

I am a long-time VS user, but the Gamma did not have anywhere near the feel of the VS. Nor did it have half the durability of VS.

Just last week I had a chance to buy Gamma Tour Plus for $22 a pack. A great deal considering the retail price.

But I did not think that what you get out of that string was worth that much.

Just because gut is manufactured in France does not mean it is made by Babolat.

There are other gut manufacturers in France, such as BDE.
