A little older than most classic rackets, below is a pair of antique real or royal racquets:

"Real" as opposed to "lawn", do you mean, joe? They're in remarkably good condition - where did you find them?

Real or Royal means court tennis, see ref for more info.
I purchased the pair from another collector.

Beautiful. Any idea about when they were made?

Pretty sure they were made in the UK in the 1890s. Small maker name Royal that is not even mentioned in the Keubler book.
