Stringing Machines

I am starting to break my strings more frequently, and I am thinking of getting a stringing machine, and I had a few questions I wanted to ask. First, what is the difference between a cheap machine and an expensive machine? Is it best to get an electrical machine? Also, what kind of machine would you recommend? I am looking for something around $300, unless that would mean getting a low-quality machine.

For 300 bucks you can't get an electrical machine. You will get a drop-weight. The main difference is the quality of the clamps. Thats the most important thing when comparing low level stringers.
