looking for recommendations for my liquidmetal radical mp's. I play pretty heavy topspin from the baseline. looking for a string with good bite while maintaining tension fairly well. i have a set of black code and pro hurricane tour that i'm going to try in a hybrid. i'm kinda new at using different strings, so any and all feedback and/or recommendations would be helpful. thanks!

nobody play's with an LM Radical MP that can offer me a recommendation? :)
I have one MP strung with LuxBigBanger at 59 lbs. The strings seemed to die within a couple of weeks, so I don't play with that racket, it's a spare. Not wild about it's lighter weight, heavier head balance, and mid stiffness.
I mainly play with Dunlop 200's, Mfil and Aeros, which are half an oz heavier while being headlighter and much softer feeling.
Hello, until yesterday i was using Kirschbaum competition, i have tried 1.25mm and 1.20mm with 57 pounds;
today i left them to put Kirschbaum spiky shark 1.25mm and 54pounds.

A friend of mine uses this stick, as do about 3 other people at my club that I hit with. I've strung his racquet a few times, he is big topspin 4.5'er, and liked both the weisscannon silverstring i gave him last time, as well as Kirschbaum P2 this time around. Both at 59 lbs, but he's not too picky on strings as long as it's poly, so I'm trying to show him the various poly's out there.
Sounds like any good co-poly works well in it.

a friend had me string his liquidmetal rad with poly at 50 lbs. although I thought that was too low a tension. I was wayyyyy wrong. the racquet hit absolutely great. I think it was pro supex polysoft, if i remember right.

Try Weisscannon Silverstring 1.20mm mains at 57 lbs and Forten Sweet 17 crosses at 60 lbs. Inexpensive, great control, nice pop.

Played with a friend's LM Radical MP strung with Big Ace 17 (49# mains) and a Gamma syn gut (52# cross). Despite the 18x20 string pattern, spin was great and feel was nice and soft (i play with a pair of leaded MG Radical Pros strung with poly mains at 53#). Felt very solid and stable, with great control despite being much lighter than my racquets. made me want to pick up a couple at $69.... no wonder the high rating by TW.

I used the LM radical for a while. My favorite combo was unique big hitter on mains and gosen ogmicro or gamma live wire on crosses. Cheap and great hybrid.
