My friend only uses wilson super spin, and it appears that they stopped making/selling it. So I was wondering is there any other company that makes a multi-sided synthetic gut?

If you just want a remarkably similar feel, and action on the ball, try Volkl's newest one, their multifilament Gripper. OTOH, it is more than double the price of Sujper Spin.

He says he would prefer something cheaper

Possibly a low tension poly/multi cross. Otherwise there isn't much. I have 2 sets left on a mini reel but I live in Australia so a bit inconveinent for you.

he hates poly he thinks its the worse thing ever -.- very picky

Has he tried it with a multi cross at low tensions?

Something like Big Ace Micro or Focus Hex in 1.10mm would give him big spin, more than the Super Spin.

its not that he wants spin he hates the feel or therefore lack of poly. Plus he says he doesnt get spin with poly

Well my suggestion is an 18g poly with a multi cross at low tension. Otherwise I have no idea.

He's picky and likes super spin? I thought that string felt pretty stiff and the spin went away very quickly.

I might be wrong, but I was under the impression that super spin was just stamina with some ridges?
