A lot of ppl call this forum fed warehouse because of the overwhelming support but I just wanted to quantify this and see what the stats are.

Even though I root for Rafa when he is playing against Fed,I am a fan of both and can't say I like them both equally or that I am primarily a Rafa fan. If Fed is playing anyone other than Rafa(save maybe one other player on tour).....I always root for Fed.

1. Novak Djokovic
2. Andy Murray
3. Roger Federer

For me, Roddick > Gasquet > Fed > Nadal...........>Murray

Except on a Spanish/British/Serbian messageboard, fed should win these polls by a landslide. Sorta like his 16/7 slam ratio

I like Djokovic best. Fed used to be my favourite, but now that is not the case anymore.

Nole! When in form, rarely as it happens, he's the most exciting player to watch (for me). And he always shows respect to his opponents and doesn't take losing badly unlike other top players.

Djokovic -> Federer -> Nadal / Murray

Agassi -> Djokovic -> Safin -> Nalbandian / Roddick

Wow, so I guess this forum clearly does lean towards Fed. I'm really surprised that the Nadal fan base seems to be only slightly bigger than the Djoker or Murray fan base.

I watch all of them play and it would be incredibly disappointing if any player left the tour.

(1) Roger
(1a) Nadal
(3) Murray
(4) Novak

None. I am a fan of none of the top 4 players, although of course, I watch almost all tournaments which involve top players.

Conversely, I would have to say Nadal is my least favourite out of the top 4, then next Murray. Nadal for that continuance of that nasty affectation, and Murray...I just don't know. I don't dislike any of them on a personal basis.

There were a lot more from '08 to the middle of '09. When the results dropped off so did a lot of those 'fans'.

Federer of course. Don't like Djokovic, I don't see how people can be a fan. He's had a really annoying helmet head for like for ever - that's reason enough to hate him. His game's too inconsistent, and I think Jo should have lifted the AO08 trophy.

Murray's a boring sod. He's cleaned up his look recently (he used to look like a tramp; I always said that he looked like he'd covered his face in glue and rolled around on a barber's floor), and when he's on form and plays aggressively he can be fun to watch, but his dull personality and annoying 'CMON!'s are enough to prevent anyone from becoming a fan. Also Judy Murray is scary.

Don't mind Rafa, he can be exciting to watch.

Federer
Djokovic (developed a big soft spot recently, but his ott celebrations still get on my wick)
Murray (for the occassional bursts of a sense of humour)
Nadal

I'm diehard Nadal, win or lose. I try to watch everything he does, even if it means taking a couple hours of vacation time from work so as to catch one of his matches. I've also stayed up until 4am to see him playing in some godforsaken country halfway around the world (NOT fun for me...:))

That said, I've grown to love watching Fed, too -- he's the master! - though I'm not quite as diligent a fan as I am with Nadal. Djokovic is fun to watch when I'm able to, and I feel the same about Murray, who somewhat fascinates me...he's unrealized potential.

For me its

1. Nadal

.
.
.
The Rest of ATP.

Wait, the question was about who I like best and not whom like to see lose. Oops! In that case it's:

1. Fed.
.
.
.
2. The rest of ATP minus Nadal
3. Nadal

Djokovic(always makes respectful eye contact with his opponent at the net win/lose which cannot be said for other members of the top 4)
Nadal
Murray
Federer(but I would put most of the tour ahead of Fed only that they aren't in top 4 with the exceptions of Tommy Robredo and Ivo Karlovic)

Nah I don't mean to bash the guy...I don't know I just find him very pleasant when he's winning and then ****y to umpires and also in press conferences when he loses and he gave Davydenko one of the worst handshakes I've ever seen at WTF last year(but then again a lot of players are guilty of that but I think for world No. 1 and GOAT he should give slightly more acceptable handshakes when he loses, and not just to Nadal either-it's like Nadal is the only one worthy to lick his boots or something)He probably doesn't think that at all but his demeanor still bugs me

I'm sure the poll results would have been different had this poll been taken anywhere in between mid-2008 and May 2009
