I was watching an old match with Roddick and I noticed how ridiculously big his forearm is with regards to the rest of his arm. Since he is known as one of the best servers, and when he decides to, forehand, is the forearm the key to optimum control+power?

I am just wondering what exercise I should focus on for more control of my forehand.

Your core!!! Everything you do revolves around your abdomen!

Forehand you need many exercises that focus on:
Soleus, Gastrocnerius, Quadriceps, Gluteals, Obliques, Spinal Erectors, Anterior Deltoid, Pectorals, Shoulder Internal Rortators, Biceps, Serrarus Anterior.

That is just the muslces involved in the forehand stroke....and then you also want to focus on drills that develop footwork. Even if you get more muscle for ure forehand...no use without the feet giving you an efficent stroke!
