Is there any significance difference in playability between the Tricomp 90 and Response Graphite 90? Both racquets have similar composition: graphite, kevlar, and fiberglass. Head size and string pattern are the same. The only difference is beam width. Response is 19mm while Tricomp is 22mm. That implies the Tricomp is a little bit more powerful. Is there anything else? Has anyone play with both racquets?

The Response Graphite had a special insert in its throat, meant to cup upon impact, absorb vibration, and sort of "slingshot" back. As a result, you can expect it (being strung identically, of course) to be much more flexible and perhaps less crisp feeling than the Tricomp. In my experience, the Response feels rather noodle-y and the Tricomp a bit buzzy and stiff, almost "brittle" feeling. Definitely quite a bit of difference between them...

Thanks! The Tricomp is definitely crisp even with soft string (multi-filament). It has more pop than the Prince Spectrum Comp 90.
