ok, this may sound like a stupid question, but what exactly is "an all court player?" what is the definition for this style of play?

I guess an "all court player" is someone who can play equally well at the baseline and at the net.
Anything that's not playing basline, S&V or counter-punching. Or taking more than three shots to set youself up at net :-).
Seriously, it's not a bad question. I would say an all court player is someone who can fundementally change their game to counter different opponents.
