I read about your 600 g training racquet developed by Nate. It got me curious about how things were done practically. Where did you add weight? Balance? Flex? How did you have it strung? I was also wondering what you did with it. I'd imagine only just hitting and playing rallies, but did you ever try serving or volleying? Finally, do you consider it a successful experiment?

Have any others tried this, adding weight to your racquet, or playing with a mucher heavier one than usual, for training purposes? Did it work well?
