Will Maria's string ever come to market? The neon green Yonex poly. Does anyone know? I know that there was rumor about it back during the Aussie open but that kind of died down and I am still wondering.

Poly Tour Pro will come out during June. It will only be available in a 125 gauge.

That's quite thin.

It is a poly so it will be fine. Atleast for me.

Thanks for the info guys. I can't wait, this is like RPM Blast except for a Yonex fanatic.

What Yonex has created then is the world's thinnest (and also strongest) string which has a special coating that glows green, and when the glow stops, it means that the string has either snapped or died. I can't even begin to imagine the tedious work of cutting this string out. OTOH, it must have excellent bite.

Hope you'll like it. Your stringer sure won't!

i already played this string because my coach is sponsered by yonex, so i got one set. it's a very good poly and power and spinfriendly. but after 5 hours the strings broken.

I have the exact opposite opinion about this string.
It's low on power and just average on everything else.
Not much ball bite, or ball pocketing.
Durability is high but the string dies way before it breaks.

yeah i was wondering what happened to this string which Kirilenko was playing at the Aussie Open.

Would try it out if TW carries them.

this string can't be as good as RPM blast. there is no rough edges means not as much spin

So does that mean RPM Blast sucks for shots that don't have much spin? Does a textured string suck for volleys and is a smooth string best for them?
