i bought a 3 month subsciption for xbox live, but there is no 25 digit code only a nine digit code wtf do i do?

Theres got to be....scratch off the silver thingy at the bottom. If not call the number on the back of the card.

i figure out the problem there was a tear off part, not a scratch off, and it said dont tear off until prompted so i was like how was i gonna open it if they said not too, its their fault for stupid grammar.

After reading your initial post I knew it was your fault and not the code.
