Memorial Day is next week. Anybody have some favorite summer recipes they would like to share?
LONDON BROIL
□ 1 c. corn oil (don't substitute oil)
□ 1/2 c. soy sauce
□ 2 cloves garlic
□ 2 tbsp. sugar
□ 2 tbsp. white vinegar
□ 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
□ London Broil
24 hours before serving, prepare the marinade using the first 6 ingredients. Put in blender and mix until thick. Pour over meat and refrigerate. At serving time, pour some of the marinade on the London broil and grill approx 5 minutes over high heat. Turn, spoon on more marinade and grill approx 5 minutes more. Meat should be medium rare. Slice and serve.
