Very likely the 300g would be your better bet at that level.

If you're especially strong or athletic, the 200g might suit you better, though. I've known really strong guys who had trouble reining in tweeners like the 300's and keeping the ball in play. For them, the low-powered racquets like the 200 series were better, even though their games weren't all that advanced.

At the 3.0-3.5 level, 300G is a great racquet. But I admit, that's what I play with.

The 200G 95 (HM) is a hefty stick, much tougher to wield, but a lot of control and better play at net. However, if the 95 is too hefty for you, the XL is worth a try.

I've enjoyed using all three of these sticks.

I do think that Dunlop sticks are a bit demanding on serve.... The 300G and XL seems to beg for more of a dramatic focus on racquet acceleration, while the 200G at least being more traditional in using its weight.

On a side note, while these sticks are all pretty stiff already... I personally like polyester or Luxilon on them, but that's personal preference. For some reason... The dunlop feel seems to go with such strings... (I should note that despite this, I really like synthetic gut on the Wilson Pro Staff 6.0 85).
