View Full Version : Looking for quantum V1 replacement
I play with Volkl quantum V1 and really happy with its controllable power, manuverability and great comfort. What should be my replacement with better on serve. Should Classic V1 10 years be my choice?

The Volkl Classic (10 years edition) is stiffer. The quantum v1 MP is already quite stiff. (it won't be good for you arm...)
Don't take the new Catapult V1 MP : it is very different because of the catapult technology, it has less power and less control
Actually I'm looking for a new racquet too (I was using the quantum V1 mp too). I want actually something a bit heavier and more flexible.
If you find something interesting, please write me at firstname.lastname@example.org.

I have played with the Cassic V1 for 2yrs and loved the racquet. I demoed all the new V1s and they just are not close to the original,in comfort and playablity. I do now however play with the Tour 8. It is a little heaver and offers more control. It has helped my game greatly!!
