I love the HPS 6.1 (power, spin, control, volleys, EVERYTHING!!!), but it has taken its toll on my shoulder. I have never had a sore shoulder before no matter how much I played on any given day, and after about 3 days hitting w/ this racket (2 practices and a match), my shoulder is quite sore. I am looking for the same racket with a lower swingweight. I know the stability won't be the same, but I would add some lead tape to bring it up a little bit, as long as it wouldnt be as heavy as the 6.1. Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance.

P.S. - I do not have to stick with Babolat and Wilson, but I would prefer to because of the college player packages I am eligible for.

what about the tour 95? It has that great prostaff feel, and you can weight it up as necessary. Plus, it isn't nearly as stiff as the HPS 6.1.

You might want to check out the Wilson Prostaff 6.0 95. It has a lower swingweight than the HPS 6.1 and a higher overall weight than the Tour 95.

The rackets I can get through my player package are the H-Tour, Tour 90, Tour 95, ROK, Surge 5.1, and the HPS 6.1. I would like to limit it to those from Wilson and I can pick from ANY Babolat.

Thanks again.

RDX 500 MP would be my suggestion. That or the Yonex Ti.RD-80. Or maybe a PS 6.0 95 w/some lead tape @ 2+11

I was using Sensation 16 at midrange. It didnt effect my elbow or wrist at all...just my shoulder from serving.

The Pure Control's sw is only 5 grams lighter and the Tour 95's only 7 grams lighter...will it make that big of a difference?

Thanks again.
