need some recommendations for a multi with good durability and spin. Also I have heard yonex tour super 850 is good and what is the difference between the tour super 850 and tour super 850 pro? Nothing too exepensive though, preferably under $10

I get 8-10 sets out of Pro Supex Maxim Touch Classic 17g. I use a Babolat PST which has a 16 x 20 pattern. The reel comes out to just over $6/racket.

I am not sure what the structural/material differences are between Yonex Super 850 and Super 850 Pro. The 850 Pro is noticeably more crunchy (and I mean this in a good way). Maxim Touch feels muted compared to 850 Pro (also in a good way and not a knock). From my observations, the Yonex is more durable and long lived. (I use these for different players and different racquets so YMMV.) Both are good strings and good value. You really should try both.

I have not tried a lot of multis, but was thoroughly impressed with Mantis Power Synthetic. Don't know how they do it but it has really good spin, power and at the same time feel and touch. Durability is good, and durability in terms of playing time vs money spent... under $10 a set (and $5 if u buy a reel), I don't think any other multi save Maxim touch can compare

The best multi for spin (by far) is Babolat Addiction, at least from the ones that I tried.

Agree with tlm, multis do not go hand in hand with durability. I have tested a lot of multis and on average they break in about 10 hours for me. If you hit with massive spin, they will break a lot quicker.
