He purchased a couple of pallets from me but it took more than 1 month for the package to arrive via USPS priority mail. Don't know if it's a US or Canada issue but delivery confirmation was unable to track status other than saying it was shipped. He was very patient and understanding throughout the entire process. I kept him posted on the status and my follow up with the post office. In fact I just send him an email yesterday asking for an update and today it finally arrives. I offered him a 50% refund but he refused and wanted to wait this out and said it wasn't my fault. It wasn't his fault either and it could have easily turned nasty. I highly recommend him any day.
