I saw one post before and sent out two different replies (included my email in the second). After a while I didn't see my replies. So my question is whether my reply will be displayed? The seller doesn't have email address listed available for me to contact. If my replies will be not displayed, then the seller will have no way to know whether there is a buyer, i.e. me. Please help. TIA.

When you look at the first screen of the boards, with all the categories: look at the category for sale or trade. The description sais: All posts will be filtered.

How hard would that have been for You to look up? It took me about 5 seconds...

I noticed that also and waited a while to see whether the sysop will post my replies. It didn't happen. When you look at the forum for sale or trade. No replies at all. Then I realized that something doesn't work or never works. Say if the seller posted a note, and didn't leave contact information. You will have hard time or impossible to get his/her attention if you want the deal.

That's a serious flaw at least. I wrote it here just want to improve the function of this board.

I don't know the best approach to solve this problem, one might be to enble the PM function, which I have suggested in another thread.

Enabling the PM function will lead to serious flaming I'm afraid.

Well that's just one of my suggestion, and this will up to the sysop. Your concerns are quite valid. Tools can be very dangerous in in wrong hands.

Button line to me is to get some help from the board to get contact with that seller since I am very interested in that item.

I've typed a few posts in the 'For sale' section, and they've not appeared after several days. So, unless it is a more thorough filter than has ever before been seen, it seems that something is wrong.

Whenever I type a post in the 'For Sale' section, and click on 'Submit', I get an error message. I've twice replied in the 'TW Admin' post in that section, asking them if the Error message is supposed to be part of the filtering process. I've received no response at all. And, last time I checked, the amount of replies in each thread was virtually zero.

Something's gotta be malfunctioning there.

I don't mind of filtering and I believe most of us hold the same believe.

So can we work together and make it work the most for us.

TIA.

My wild guess is this problem might relate to filtering. Replies in other forum works fine. Hope they can fix this problem soon or come up with something.

Anyway, thanks for your reply and searching.

Thanks, Marnix - I hadn't seen that.

Well, this morning I sent email to TW Staff and asking for help of getting contact with the seller, i.e. send email to the seller with my contact information. I heard nothing back from either TW Staff and the seller. So I am not quite sure what happened.

I am little bit frustrated, please give me a hand.

Maybe just try putting up a new post (as a topic) in the 'For Sale' section, including the seller's name in the title - and hope that he sees it.

Include contact info for yourself in the post, of course.
