Hi guys

found this on the UK site of the well known auction site

Does anyone else think that this is or isn't Roger's real rqt?

Notice the use of the dampener, no logo of strings and the strings not his usual type.

Well if he says it was used for a commercial maybe they didn't bother getting the exact specs? For all you know its not his usual PJ.

It looks legit to me. Maybe they replaced the dampener and strings.

why would he do that he would lose like 200

It looks legit to me. Maybe they replaced the dampener and strings.

So do all nCode 6.1 90's

JonnyF, did you also see the Prince Shark signed by Roger? Can't think why Roger would sign a non-wilson rqt?

Also on the same site, there's a Wilson signed by Boris Becker???? That one looks even dodgier.

hmm. ill have to see the advert again (its the nike free one id have thought). iv got a feeling that he had an overgrip on. why would he remove that? he could have just signed one i spose.
i dont think id buy anything like that if im honest.

Maybe we should assume that "used" means "touched for a short period of time" in this case.

Definitely not Roger's stick. Three points: 1) the string bed. remember a thread saying Roger had the dense area of the string bed moved up a little bit? 2) the string. It's a cheap synthetic. 3) handle. Roger's grip length is relatively short compared to commerical ones. So it shows more red lacquer below the black "W" logo than this one.

I reckon it's just a signed normal nCode Tour.

Definitely just a regular racquet from a store. Not his custom made one. Maybe the autograph is real but the rest is shady.
