Im a 3.5 player looking for a Midplus racquet that is not to heavy and either balanced or alittle head-light. I have a short-medium swing, uses topspin alot, and Im a Serve and Volley player. Currently using a Fischer GDS Take Off. Any Help would be appreciated.

Maybe a Slazenger Pro Braided Henmen? Not too heavy or super headlight. Or a Head i.radical, but that has a dense string pattern which may not aid in spin.

my advice is to try to demo the wilson tour 95. I'm currently playing with tour 90 but for you if you want to bring your game to the next level. try a heavier racquet. First it will build the muscle nescessary to generate your own pace. Second, it will be alot easier on your arm, showder and your wrist. Third, wilson tour 95 is very forgiving and great for serve and volleyers. trust me heavier racquet is the way to go. Just try to workout for forearm and your wrist and play with the tour 95 and you will know what I mean...good luck..and most importantly have fun out there

Webcrawler...I have a Slaz. Henman Pro Braided in 8.5 cond. that I will sell to you for $45 including shipping......weighs about 11.5 oz. and slightly head light....great for serves and creates nice spin but is just a little too light for me.

I think the Head Liquidmetal 4 is a great racquet for someone like you. The racquet is evenly balanced and has a large sweet spot. However if you like to volley alot the radical might be bettter because it is shorter and more maneuverable. I currently use the Radical MP but I have tried the LM 4 and it has a great balance of power and control and doesn't way a whole lot.

To make a Correction the GDS Takeoff is 8.1oz unstrung

Thanks, thought 213 grams unstrung was a misprint or too low.

if you need a new racquet, i suggest you buy one. if that is a problem, maybe stealing one would be your next option
