I have been playing with rpm blast but it is soooo expensive and dies quickly so i need a new string that
a. provide vary good access to spin
b. holds tension very well
c. and is not as expensive as rpm blast. i would prefer 10 dollars and below.

i am looking at sppp, blue gear, and polystar energy. are there other good strings for me from signum pro, pro supex or other brands? thanks in advance.

Big ace fits all three of those criteria.

What about Solico Revolution or Barbwire ?

imo, barb wire holds tension the worst of them all, although it does initially play extremely well. If you can replace them every 10ish hours, I would definently recommend barbwire

i break strings once a month for a poly and don't have the time to sting my own raquets every week so tension maintenence is really important.

Then you're looking at Signum Pro Poly Plasma 1.23. Holds tension better than any string on the market.

Out of all the threads i researched about the best poly string, It all comes down to MSV Focus Hex... I never tried it out yet but seems to be a good string and I'm not to sure about its Tension hold...

sppp doesnt give much spin...
It also comes in a HEX version which is the fourth best spin string on that forum for strings. Problem solved.

Hex is good for the money. It is not very good outright. I'd take Genesis Typhoon over it without even blinking.

I've gone thru this process after using RPM Blast for a while. I settled on MSV Focus Hex 18g in a BLX 6.1 95 (16x18). I was stringing the RPM at 48lbs and have stuck with the MSV at 48lbs as well. The MSV gives me a better feeling sweet spot, better spin, better durability, and it costs less. I tried TF BlackCode 18g also which was better than the RPM also, but was still more than the MSV. Good Luck.
