Background: Took aobut 15 years off tennis.
Back into the game and rated 4.0.

I need to get strings and I am unsure what the best technology is now.

Order of preference.

1. Arm Friendly
2. Arm Friendly (not a type-o)

Well what kind of racquet and game do you have?

So much to consider.

Multifilaments satisfy your first, second, and fourth requirements. I like Gamma Revelation 17.

The third is a decidedly relative term. Gamma Revelation 17 does not fit this very well.

I have an aero pro dive gt. I know but I hit with it best.
I hit a ton of spin. Would gut be better. I have chosen 55" tension x bifacto. Should I have chosen gut? A better multi? Or a single syn?

I don't think you'll find a better multi than that... But with that said, I'd say a multi would be best. I personally stray from syn gut. Every consider a soft copoly?
