An era where Fed can hit a tweener and win the tournament?

this is just crazy mind boggling stuff

We have to assume that he hits a tweener and then wins the AO you mean? ;)

Tweener is a given from now on.

For once I agree, if Federer wins the Australian Open we can start saying that a new dominance has begun.

I would say it's not new, but rather a return to the status quo, a GOAT, a clay court wonder and the rest are here on Gilligan's issssssle.

If he can be consistent enough to get number 1 back, then i'd say it's a new era again. Right now, him winning the AO would just be a momentum swing but he would still be planted firmly at number 2.

He has a small organ so he hits through the space. It's called tweener because its small.

That is correct. It is also the reason that Nadal can't hit that many. The space is much smaller.

Thats why nadal is always pulling on his pants, he needs to constantly make more room

I can only speculate that regardless of the 2011 results, especially in Grand Slams, Mr. Federer has reinvented himself yet again with an exciting and more aggressive game.

As a fan of tennis, I hope that the 'new era of opression and domination' remains just a concept and not a reality.

The way Federer keeps adjusting his game, adding new shots etc. is truely once in a lifetime to see. The raw talent, motivation and professionalism are incredible. We won't see anyone like him again. Maybe our children will..

Nadal might win 20 Slams, DelPotro can win 50.. They'll never do what Federer did imo. Though Federer might not be the best ever eventually, I really can't see him ever be matched by someone in the effective variety department.

I dunno if there's some sarcasm here, but watch this YouTube video of Federer hitting tweener after tweener. Probably the highest quality video on youtube. Don't care much for the music though.

Haters will hate on the real king.

Ask for a nickname like Mr Tweener and suffer the consequences. That's the price of showing off I guess.
