Beyond the Baseline was fantastic and a great insiders look at the lower rungs of the tennis circuit. May still be available from TW (I haven't checked).

There's another one I saw recently about an Eastern Block player available on Amazon (will bump this with the name when I get a chance to get to Amazon).

But Geoff Grant did a great job with BTB. I would have loved to have seen him to do something on the junior circuit or the satellite circuit - that would have also been fascinating.
