I found that drinking ginger tea makes me feel less tired on the tennis court. I can go for hours hitting without feeling tired. I prefer ginger tea to sports drink! It helps muscle recovery way better than sports drink... and it's natural.

Proper warming up and cooling down exercises, proper technique, combines with ginger tea really makes me feel better when I play tennis. I have not the slightest muscle pains, no aches.

The ginger tea I'm consuming is the one from Singapore, the Gold Kili, it has a very strong ginger taste. I bought it in an Asian Supermarket.
