Just wondering if higher tension on polys (high 50s low 60s) would help an with an errant serve compared to (low 50s). Or should I try to find a new string non poly and bump the tension up on that? I haven't seen alot of people on here using high tension on polys.

once again thanks in advance

No. Fix your technique.

First try to improve your technique, by either throwing the ball higher and jumping higher to contact the ball. Throw the ball higher in front of you and you jump forward at an angle, don't let the ball fly towards your left side if you are right handed. Make sure it falls towards your right at the least. The best would be having the ball thrown up perpendicular with the basleline.

Other than that, the polys should be at a lower tension, I recommend 50LBS and below, because it expands the sweet spot which you can have an easier time on hit your strokes. I also recommend that you tension the crosses about 3 to 4 LBS below your mains to get better feel. I love polys and have been playing and winning matches for over 6 years.
