Prince Beast XP - Package says manufactured in Austria. So I can only guess. Isospeed is an Austrian company isn't it.

^^^^^I have been told this by a Prince player. They gave me a set of what they said was Prince string, but it was marked as Isospeed and confirmed it was made by Isospeed.

Regards

Paul

So is it simply just an Isospeed string sold under the Prince label or did Prince actually do all the design work and science that their marketing indicates and have Isospeed take their "design" and produce it for them?

It is common practice. Most publicly-known companies use just their name in marketing and smaller company will make all the work: from design to manufacture.

Here you have Beast XP not from Prince: http://www.isospeed.com/en/index.php?option=com_produkte&id=7&task=view&Itemid=29 and/or http://www.isospeed.com/en/index.php?option=com_produkte&task=view&id=4&Itemid=32

I really think that beast xp is just green-colored one of these...

I think Isospeed made it per special order from Prince. Prince does not make their own strings anyway.
Should be a good product.

^^ I think it's the excitement of the possibility of buying the exact same string at a reduced price. But I'm wary of those things. Even if strings come from the same factory, they can still be made differently according to different specifications... materials, proportions of materials, process, etc. Not that I know much.

Where on the package? I have an unopened set right next to me but I do not want to open it. I don't see it on the cover. Is it on the inside?

Maybe you're right. That's why Prince sent out two different strings to demo. One with a yellow dot and one with a blue dot. It was actually one of each of these strings.
