What do you mean slower? You mean the speed of the ball when you serve? I would assume its more powerful if its a lighter, larger head sized racket because they usually have lower string tensions too.

My serve seems to be slower with an oversized racquet. I began playing 16 years ago with a Wilson ProStaff 6.0 95, and I've become very used to that size. Anything over a 100 sq. in. head feels "slow" to me and I can't seem to generate the same racquet head speed as I can with a 100 or 95 sq. in. head racquet. There are definitely benefits to an OS racquet, but the "slow", less manueverable feel is something I just can't get past.
I think there is a difference but very slight - not enough to be concerned about.

I think it depends on what kind of serve. Spin friendly racket and/or lighter racket will do better with spinny serve. Heavy racket will do well with flat serve.

This is a different question - weight and size are very different.

What I am trying to say is, it depends on the type of serve and the weight of the racket. Like you said, I agree size only make a slight different.

When I was managing the girls tennis team last season. I tried this one girls racquet which wasl ike 110 sq. in pretty huge. When I served with a lot of racquet swing speed it seemed slower than it should of gone, but when I served slower it seemed faster than it should of been.

Yes it speeds up. Indeedable. But it really depends on the racquet and tension of the strings.
