Just 5 months after splitting with Magnus Norman,Robin Soderling has now parted company with his new coach,Claudio Pistolesi.

The relationship seemed to be working fine at the start of the year with Sod winning 3 back to back titles.I wonder what went wrong all of a sudden?

At any rate,he looks like he's now in the same boat as Andy Murray..searching for yet another coach whilst struggling with form!

Too bad for Pistolesi, but not many are Magnus Norman.

I forget, why did Magnus Norman and him split?

Magnus didn't want to travel any more.

So it wasn't a problem between then. That gives hope that he can find the right guy (not uncoachable).

Good decision, maybe Wilander should coach him for the rest of the clay season.

Wilander always talks about knowing the strategy to beat Nadal on clay.

Enqvist is on the top of the list, followed by Wilander I believe

That's a shame, I've met Claudio and he's a really nice guy and very knowledgeable about the sport. He did some great work when he was with Bolelli, who has stalled a little since they split, I hope the same doesn't happen with Soderling - when he's on his game he's unbeatable.

Cheers

Soderling fires his coach after his best start of a season? Ok.

I think Enqvist would be really good. Mats maybe, as far at the tennis part it would be perfect, Wilander could teach him whatever it would take to get him to the top, but possible ego clash.

Soderling def wants a swedish coach, I think he asked everyone there was before the start of the season and when they were all obligated elsewhere is when he went with Claudio.

I think the good start of the season was probably because he was keeping the same regiment that Magnus had, then as he started to change so did the number of his wins.

And now he teams up with Fidde Rosengren.. it will never work aswell. Sod is a headcase.
