not much of an apology, more like my bad should have said it with less swear words.

Yes it was posted twice, when it happened, about two weeks ago. I believe both threads on the topic deteriorated so much that they were deleted.

Patrick McEnroe's insecurity is readily apparent in most everything he does!

Having read the transcript, it sheds more light on DYs point of view, not that I'm excusing or justifying what he said, or how he acted.

Just for those of you that haven't read it, the USTA was considering doing only a 2 man playoff between DY and Harrison. Harrison decided not to particpate. Maybe that's what prompted DY's dad to ask for the WC, since Harrison was no longer particpating.

I still think DY should have taken care of business on the court and that he SHOULDNT have gone off on his rant on court or on Twitter.

Donald Young has decided not to play in Roland Garros qualifying due to a wrist injury he sustained at the Savannah Challenger and because he wants to stay in the U.S. to rest and prepare for the grass court season, TENNIS.com has learned. Young missed the ranking cut-off for Roland Garros, but he's now ranked No. 95 and did get straight into Queens, Nottingham and Wimbledon.

as long as USTA remains without potential WTA duo/Cahmpions Williams sisters and ATP duo/Champions Sampras/Agassi.. they, The McEnroe clan will have more reasons for bigger funding :D otherwise if they provide number of champions with the budget of let's say 2009 why would they ask and receive bigger fundings in 2010 and so on.. and so on..

PhD. Masters for this kind of budgeting workflow is Tennis Canada.. 'cause I've seen some of their youngsters every year at Orange Bowl particularly one Girl U14 thats 100% reflection of Williams sisters.. and Orange Bowl Winner.. I know Orange Bowl doesn't promise much since Bernard Tomic won few if I'm not mistaken or even worse.. Vince Spadea won one too.. but it just shows that the potential is there and it shouldn't be burned.. but to the people at the top, recipe for ongoing and everlasting increase in budget will only work and make logical sense if the search for Holy Grail continues.. :D

it's sad, 'cause you can't blame the kids nor their parents at that point for Tennis Canada's decision to cater only to rich parents and their nostalgic ambitions.. therefore it's sad.. but unfortunately, it's business before anything else..

here our friend who posts regularly Marius_Hacu perhaps knows more since he lives there..
