Quick! Someone tell Soderling's agent/attorney... :)

It's a nice design and I'm sure it's a non-issue for TW. For many years the Australian Open's logo featured Stefan Edberg's "sunset serve shadow" until copyright action by someone or other (Edberg's management or the photographer) forced Tennis Australia to replace it with a generic, hastily photoshopped one.

I have this shirt. Viewed up close, it is most definitely a likeness of Soderling.

Are you giong by the face, or the serve style. His throwing/tossing arm goes straight forward towards the net -- is that it ?

^^^ Everything - his head shape and hairstyle, his service stance and grip.
The tossing arm may have been repositioned in the design for symmetry.

It's not Soderling. It's Sean 'The Hammer' Hemmer, one of the playtesters. Mentioned in a vlog.

It's sad that I know this.

It's not Soderling. The figure on TW's shirt looks like he's ready to start swinging up right? Soderling doesn't turn his body that much to the side on his serve. Also, Soderling doesn't bring his racquet and arm that far past the plane of his body; his racquet and arm are usually in line with the side of his body

Sod is paying TW to get his rating up on US TV. :)

yeah, he knows how much we love him over here.
The TW on his sleeve was actually "Tonight Win".
