I love my six one tour, but I still like demoing rackets and enjoy trying new sticks but i still want a feel that is similar to the six one tour. I like a heavy racket with a lot of control.

What rackets that are 98sq in head size or smaller that are the closest to the six one tour?? Also, in terms of weight, I like 11oz or heavier or a racquet that is balanced close to center, so that even if it isnt that heavy it still feels a little heavier....(if that makes sense)

Any ideas are much appreciated!

Bdubbs: cody ross got you out of jail tonight bro!

Take my advice, do not drive yourself crazy questing for an mp 6.1 tour, I have basically made this my life's work, there is nothing like the 6.1 for manueverability and spin generation.

Here are some racquets that I think you might like if like me you cannot resist the urge.
Head youtek prestige pro: nice spin but no plow, horrible gripshape

Babolat Pure Storm Tour GT: Good enough for Sampras.

Donnay Blue 99: a solid whumper with a rubberized feel.

Head youtek extreme pro: solid crisp, but huge head, lame gripshape, unbelievable return and bh. Short mains and long crosses, weird racquet, awesome for me but hated by many.

Dunlop 200 lite: very close in terms of grindability on the ball, very light in stock form results in the need for major lead job

Haha. Too funny. At least someone finally made the connection. And yes he did!! That game ****ed me off, but in the end I was happy.

And i agree with the horrible gripshape on the prestiges. I'll give those rackets a try and see how it works out. I used to hit with the bab aero storm tour from about 3-4 generations ago and loved it, but the new aero storm tour is about 5 more points head light which I did not like.

Fed, if the 200 lite is too, well, lite, why not the 200?

(since y'all don't get the 200 Tour)

I havent tried the 200 yet...I have gone off 18x20. But the aerogel 200 was incredible. Basically the dunlop 200 series is always top notch.

If you prefer open string patterns, you can try 200 lite. It is half a step from 6.1 down to tweeners: a bit bigger, a bit lighter. If you need more heft in the head, you can always stick some lead to 3 and 9.
