Does anyone know how the old single POG OS frame compares to the new one?

If you mean the old single stripe Prince Graphite oversize, then it was quite a bit more head light, allegedly lower swingweight (I haven't always found that to be true), more flex and, in my opinion, a slightly softer feel.

The current version is still a very good racquet that does a lot of things just as well as the old version (the control and spin are on par) and is arguably a bit more powerful (due to the increased stiffness) but lacks the touch of the earlier frame.

If you're someone who plays a modern, 'power-baseline' game then the new version is, in my opinion, a better fit. If you aren't, perhaps the Avery OS is more suitable.
