Update: After a second look at the APD grommet damage can be seen on the 13th cross down from the top and the other two are on the mains near the top. These can be seen in the pics and in good detail if you zoom in.

It is a DIY job painted semigloss black. The paint condition is not perfect and is rubbing off as seen in the pics. Thanks.
